- When using the Metro, don't forget to validate your ticket before going down to the platform.

- If you like hotdogs, visit one of the several kiosks around the city, with an average price of €5.

- You can drink tap water.

- On Sundays everything is closed, including supermarkets.

- If you're a smoker and want to buy cigarettes from the machines in the street, know that it's impossible for tourists, due to the minimum age for buying them and the need to proove your age.

- Uber and Bolt platforms work well in the city.

- Pay attention to the circulation of bicycles. There are many and they have the same priority as cars.

- Do not walk on the bike paths.

- Do not cross the crosswalk with the red traffic light, as you could be fined.

- From 10pm on, don't make noise in the street. You'll notice the silence that exists in such a big city. If you do, you can be approached by the police.

- The official currency of Austria is the Euro.

- The ATM card is practically accepted in all places.

- If you go at Christmas time and you go shopping at the Christmas markets, the merchants do not accept card payments here. There are machines in the precincts.
