Although the city is small, there are some LGBT bars in the city. Don't expect to find big parties and clubs, but there is gay movement in the city.
The center of Bratislava is tuned friendly towards LGBTI people, lots of bars, cafes and restaurants are often popular with the gay clientele. Especially hipster businesses.
If you want to go to gay bars you have:
- Tepláreň, a small bar right next to the historic center. Just google it and it's very easy to find. Drinks are very cheap and has a mix of customers, all ages and men and women.
Several times, there are small events in there, just follow them on social media.
- Papagayo, is also close to the historic center, with easy access. Is open from the afternoon and has a more sophisticated decoration and a wide variety of cocktails.
