Ferragudo is located in the municipality of Lagoa (Algarve), between the city of Portimão and the village of Carvoeiro.

Ferragudo is a small fishing village, today with many restaurants and handicraft shops. The best thing is to walk through the narrow streets and discover the various corners.

The São João do Arade Fort in Ferragudo is one of the most beautiful places to visit in Ferragudo. It is between Praia da Angrinha and Praia Grande, where the river Arade joins the sea.

Ferragudo has one of the best Campsites in the Algarve, with swimming pools and excellent infrastructure. If you like to travel in a caravan, this place is a must stop.

Ferragudo as we have already indicated has a wide choice of restaurants and cafes, as well as leisure activities that you will want to find in this beach destination.

- Praia do Molhe

- Praia do Pintadinho

- Praia do Torado

Ferragudo is a leisure and quiet area and there is very little nightlife option apart from some cafes and terraces open until late in the summer months, but you are very close (about 10 minutes by car) to Portimão/Praia da Rocha, where there is a great and bustling nightlife.
