PUERTO VALLARTA

GAY MEN ON THE GO - GAY TRAVEL - GAY DAY - GAY NIGHT

PV is a coastal area in the Pacific, known for its beaches and nightlife and speaking in more detail the romantic area can be said to be a gay city.

You have lots of clothing stores, art galleries, bars, restaurants and a super relaxed atmosphere, you feel that you’re in an area of constant celebration.

We’re in a mini city where everyone seems to know each other and we’re all on the same wave. We loved the environment and the city.

If you want beach and like to be seated in a chair, Playa de los Muertos is the place to be. You have a huge beach full of bars such as Blue Chairs, Green Chairs and the famous Mantamar. The beach is completely full all day and if you want to meet people, it will be very easy here. It’s also the place to see and be seen.

For a more secluded beach, with less people, we recommend the Conchas Chinas beach, it’s right next to Playa de los Muertos and you can easily go with Uber.

You also have the option of the many parties that happens in some hotels pools, such as on Sunday afternoons at the Hotel Mercúrio, on Saturdays in Casa Cupula and also at the end of the day at Piñata PV Gay Hotel.

If you feel like just taking a walk, there are many attractions such as:

– Malecón

– Lázaro Cardenas Park

– Old Vallarta

– Botanic Garden

– Bucerias, Nayarit

– Isla Cuale

– Gringo Gulch

– Mirador Cerro de La Cruz (viewpoint)

– Or simply walk through the picturesque streets such as Basílio Badilo

– Visit the Bakery & Confectionery Yarita, in the main road Basilio Badillo. Just AMAZING pastery!

We arrived in PV from an internal flight from Guadalajara, with Aeromar. It was a short but very pleasant flight.

Upon arriving in PV we called an Uber and went direct to an Airbnb we booked in the famous Basilio Badilo, that is, close to the bars and restaurants and a stone’s throw from the beach.

Regarding entertainment in bars, there are plenty of options every night and for all tastes, see here our suggestions in the tab PV by NIGHT.

PV is that city that you really have to know. It’s the most popular gay destination in Mexico, with many residents of USA and Canada. It’s an exciting and vibrant destination that we loved and we will certainly return.
